This project involved reconstructing the official mascot of Thu Duc City into a fully realized 3D model. The process focused on translating the original 2D character design into a stylized yet production-ready 3D asset, with attention to clean topology, balanced proportions, and adaptable geometry for animation and digital media usage.

DIFFERENT DESIGNS
This design directions focused on adapting the mascot for short animated videos. In this approach, the character design emphasizes simplified shapes, clear silhouettes, and expressive facial features to ensure readability in motion.
On the contrary, this design direction explored a more commercial-oriented approach, focusing on versatility and strong visual appeal across various media applications.
DEPLOYMENT
After the design direction was finalized, the character model was refined and prepared for the animation stage. At this point, the focus shifted to ensuring clean topology, proper proportions, and optimized geometry to support smooth deformation during movement.
